Are the pieces vintage or newly made?

Our collection includes both vintage handwoven pieces and newly woven traditional works. The age and origin of each item are clearly stated on the product page.

Do you provide authenticity certification?

Yes. All pieces come with Certified Assurance, confirming authenticity, craftsmanship, and handwoven origin.

Where do you ship from?

Orders are shipped from Turkey or Australia, depending on the item’s physical location. The shipping origin is specified on each product page.

How are the rugs shipped?

All rugs and kilims are carefully folded, professionally protected, and securely packaged for safe international delivery.

Will I receive the exact piece shown online?

Yes. You will receive the exact rug or kilim shown in the photographs. We do not use stock images or reproductions.

How should I care for my rug or kilim?

Regular vacuuming and gentle spot cleaning are recommended.
For minor stains, gently blot or wipe with a slightly damp, clean cloth.

Why don’t you accept returns?

Our rugs and kilims are one-of-a-kind, handcrafted, and collectible pieces.

Each item is individually inspected, documented, and photographed prior to shipment.
Due to their unique and artisanal nature, returned pieces cannot be resold without compromising authenticity.

For this reason, all sales are final.

What if my order arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event of damage or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will review the matter promptly.
