At Anatolia Looms, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges subject to the conditions below.

Returns

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original condition.
The item must not be damaged, altered, washed, or used beyond normal inspection.
The item must be returned with any original packaging and documentation.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be returned in its original condition.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
Any price difference between products will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
