A classic Anatolian flatweave

Kilims are flatwoven rugs with no pile, made by interlacing coloured wool threads on a loom. For centuries, Anatolian families wove them for their own homes as floor coverings, wall hangings and dowry pieces.

Where it works

At 120 × 180 cm, this kilim is ideal beside a bed, in a study, entryway or reading corner. The terracotta tones add warmth to neutral rooms.

Care

Vacuum regularly without the beater bar, rotate every few months for even wear, and blot spills straight away with a damp cloth. For deep cleaning, we recommend a professional rug cleaner.
