The iconic Parmaklı (finger) motif in a bold, symmetrical composition, combining rich burgundy with soft lilac, turquoise, olive green, blush and warm ivory for a timeless yet contemporary look.

The Afyon Parmaklı kilim

Afyon, in western Central Anatolia, is known for its Parmaklı kilims, a striking minimalist design of repeated finger-like motifs. Bold and graphic, they are among the most contemporary-looking traditional Anatolian weavings.

At 81 × 83 cm, this small square kilim is perfect beside a bed, under a side table or as a wall hanging.

Care

Vacuum regularly without the beater bar, rotate every few months for even wear, and blot spills straight away with a damp cloth. For deep cleaning, we recommend a professional rug cleaner.
