The Kars tradition

Kars, in north-eastern Turkey near the Caucasus, has a strong weaving tradition influenced by Caucasian design. Kars kilims are known for durable wool, bold geometry and rich, earthy palettes.

Care

Vacuum regularly without the beater bar, rotate every few months for even wear, and blot spills straight away with a damp cloth. For deep cleaning, we recommend a professional rug cleaner.
