A handmade Turkish Denizli kilim with a calm dusty rose field framed by striking tribal borders in forest green, crimson, navy, soft beige and ivory.

The Denizli tradition

Denizli, in the Aegean hinterland of western Turkey, is known for its village kilims, which combine bold geometric motifs with harmonious, often unexpected colour combinations.

Where it works

At 166 × 206 cm, this kilim suits a living room seating area, bedroom or study. The balanced palette works in bohemian, eclectic, rustic and contemporary interiors.

Care

Vacuum regularly without the beater bar, rotate every few months for even wear, and blot spills straight away with a damp cloth. For deep cleaning, we recommend a professional rug cleaner.

We bought this absolutely stunning a Kilim which suits our lounge perfectly.
Fehime and Bilal were so helpful, kind and patient with us while we looked at all of the beautiful rugs to choose from in their showroom (and the choice was HARD with so many incredible options available)
They were able to answer any questions we had about their pieces, they had so many different styles, textures and sizes to choose from, and something to suit every budget. Their prices are extremely fair and you can tell that they take so much pride in their products
It was an absolutely pleasure to purchase from them, and we will be back when we have more space for more rugs!!!!!
