Handmade in Afghanistan from wool, this runner draws on Pazyryk-style animal motifs and geometric borders. Its long format brings colour and pattern to a hallway.

The Pazyryk design

The Pazyryk carpet, found in a Siberian burial mound and dated to around the 5th century BC, is the oldest known knotted rug. Pazyryk-style designs echo its animal processions and geometric borders.

At 80 × 300–320 cm, this runner is made for long hallways, entrances and galleries. The ivory field keeps narrow spaces feeling light and open.

Care

Vacuum regularly without the beater bar, rotate every few months for even wear, and blot spills straight away with a damp cloth. For deep cleaning, we recommend a professional rug cleaner.
